Privacy policy

• Account details: name, and email address or phone number.
• Profile: age, sex, height, goal, and how you currently train.
• Health screening: the conditions and medications you tell us about, used to alert the reviewing specialist.
• InBody scan images and the measurements read from them.
• Your daily adherence log.
• If you leave your email on the website to be told when the app launches: your email address and reading language, and nothing else. No account is created and no health data is asked for.

InBody images are health records and are held in private storage. There is no public URL for any image: every view requires a short-lived signature tied to your account that expires within minutes. No user can access another user’s images.

• You.
• The specialist reviewing your programme, who sees your measurements, profile and health screening in order to decide on approval. Every approval and rejection is recorded against the person who made it.
• The data-processing provider we use to prepare programmes (Anthropic), which receives your measurements and profile data. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.

You can request a copy of your data or delete your account entirely. Deleting your account removes your profile, scans, images and programmes. To contact us about your data: privacy@v-shape.app

If you leave your email to be told about the launch, it is kept for that alone: one message when the app launches. We send no marketing, we share your address with nobody, and we do not connect it to any health data — because there is none connected to it. Ask us to delete it at the address below at any time and it is deleted.

This app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy materially, we will tell you inside the app before the change applies to your data.
